A stock Robinhood has paused cannot move, and a redemption that insisted on every leg would be refused entirely. Untick a leg to leave it in the creel: what you leave stays as backing for everyone still holding, so it can only ever raise the backing per share.
One transfer moves the whole basket. The person receiving it can redeem it without asking anybody.
A creel nobody has struck yet
Pick the stocks and the weights and this works out the units, the init code and the address — before anybody has deployed it. The address is a hash of the composition, so it is the same address for everybody who builds the same basket, and it cannot be anything else.
